I surf the internet today and found something interesting in strengthening my photoshop technique. Maybe this technique is old already but I just learn couple of hours ago. Who cares?
What I know, vector art using the shape made from anchor point and usually we use it in Adobe Illustrator and brushes is a preset shape and you can't change the shape except the size and position mainly use in Photoshop.
That's what I understand, if you guys know something and want to share the knowledge or tips for newbie like me, please leave a comment.

I can't really tell what color it is when open in photoshop, sometimes I saw blue and sometimes it's purple. Guys, tell me what color this is. I'm afraid I have color blind. T_T
